Updates on Book 2 Progress

Moving right along

These papers aren’t just papers with words typed on them. They are words poured out on the page as I have sought God and looked to Him as I looked back on all He had taught me and showed me over these last many decades of life.

This book writing experience has been incredibly different than last time. My first book was a lot of learning, wrestling, weeping, redoing, and healing.

Created to Relate: Living Beyond Religion was an authentic and transparent view of my journey out of legalism and distorted religious mindsets. I shared with you my personal journey alongside scripture, reflective questions, and steps forward.

In this book, I will be sharing about how we are created for a relationship with God and also one another. I don’t have a nice and neat packaged elevator pitch yet, but this book will show us where community came from and where it began, as well as show God’s heart for our relationship to be restored to Him but also to one another. We will talk about the Body of Christ, the hinderances to building healthy community, and how we can move forward living beyond religion together.

I don’t have a set date yet, hoping for late Fall, but wanted to bring you into the process.

I am proud of these words. I am thankful God has graciously given me the opportunity to write these two books. This was the vision from the beginning.

I pray you will come along for this journey as I continue to share the process and also prepare us for the conversation to come.
